COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Real Estate Agents have a very big job. In addition to the core duties of accounting, care, confidentiality, disclosure, loyalty, and obedience, they must provide a variety of other responsibilities to ensure they are serving their client. Execution of these responsibilities starts with the agent being able to disseminate information impactfully. Unfortunately, this often falls short. The source of many complaints begins with a poor communication from the agent that leads to lack of understanding with the client. This often leads to frustration in the process and more importantly, poor decision-making that can hurt the client. Agents need an additional skill set; the ability to take complex thoughts and synthesize them into understandable concepts, listen deeply to the client, ask questions that reveal information, and structure conversations that reveal wants and needs. Fortunately, the coaching industry has addressed these skills in their core competencies. These competencies transfer directly to the real estate sales industry. In this class, Coaching Skills for Real Estate Professionals, the student is provided a deep dive into 5 key skills responsible for understanding and communication apply those skills through case studies, so they can apply these skills in their business.
